Transaction Coordinator Services

Seller Client Services

Seller/Listing Transaction Management

$395 per transaction

Paperless filing and storage, contract processing and compliance, listing document maintenance, and transaction management. Feedback management, document preparation, all MLS changes (including obtaining required docs), completion of pre-closing walk-through checklist, scheduling steps with clients and all required parties for closing, title and closing coordination, review and sign off on Alta, and post-closing process.


Unrepresented Buyer Transaction Management

$550 per transaction

Transaction Management including, paperless filing and storage, contract creation, processing and compliance (including Addendum(s) and Amendments), ordering home warranty, facilitating contract deadlines, working with lenders, title companies for buyer and seller to ensure your transaction closes on time.

Relocation Seller/Listing Transaction Management

$525 per transaction

Creation of BMA/BPO, Relo market updates, contract and file management, offer and contract management, title and closing coordination. Everything in that is in the Seller/Listing Transaction Management services. 

Corporate Relocation BMA Creation

Buyer Client Services

Buyer Transaction Management

$395 per transaction

Transaction Management including, paperless filing and storage, contract creation, processing and compliance (including Addendum(s) and Amendments), ordering home warranty, facilitating contract deadlines, working with lenders, title companies and coop agents to ensure your transaction closes on time.

Unrepresented Seller Transaction Management

$550 per transaction

Transaction Management including, paperless filing and storage, contract creation, processing and compliance (including Addendum(s) and Amendments), ordering home warranty, facilitating contract deadlines, working with lenders, title companies for buyer and seller to ensure your transaction closes on time.

Buyer Showing

$75/hour

One hour minimum


Buyer Assistance

25% referral fee

Contract creation, offer presentation, client signing, complete processing of documents including transmission to brokerage, lender, title company, appraiser and coop agent.  Inspection scheduling, attendance, document preparation and vendor coordination and billing. Title and closing process coordination, HUD review and walk-through, final closing details for client and closing attendance. (25% referral fee off buyer's side commission)
