I have been in Residential Real Estate for the past 20 years, licensed in both Kansas and Missouri.  I have experienced all the avenues the world of Real Estate has to offer.  Including: short sales, REO, new construction, investor owned, upper bracket, first time home owners and buyers, corporate relocation, foreclosures, resales, and everything else in between.  I have brought success in operations management throughout my career by formulating solutions and implementing effective processes and controls. I strive to create success by focusing on aggressive goal setting, project development, and strong leadership while structuring a collaborative work environment resulting in increased office efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Working as the Chief Operating Officer for the number one team in Kansas City I assisted with over $1 Billion in Real Estate Transactions. I have been responsible for strategic planning and implementation of short-term and long-term goals, focused on effectiveness, execution and results. I oversaw all operations including marketing, IT, accounting, client care, HR, and sales.

With 17+ years of combined leadership and professional development experience, I am passionate about helping individuals, leaders, and organizations develop and execute innovative, results-oriented solutions that are strategically focused on optimizing their marketplace effectiveness and profitability.
